Strong, Safe & Smart Self Defense

Learn about the 4 big lessons when it comes to self defense (all while in stilettos):

1. Choose to be a victor not a victim.

2. Awareness, be aware your surroundings always.

3. Communicate powerfully and effectively with your words and body.

4. Learn at least the basics of self defense.

Become the boss you're meant to be. Learn the principles of badassery: how to communicate like a boss and lead with purpose and passion.

Body Healing & Pranayama

Stretch, flow and breath work. Time to release the tension and welcome peace by tapping into your body's innate wisdom and power. Pranayama is controlled breathing that helps reduce anxiety, stress & triggers. Be ready to be calm. (Recommended to bring a yoga mat, blanket, or towel.)
