Throughout 2018, one of the Panhellenic Council's main focuses has been to instill a feeling of fierceness, strength, and empowerment within our women. This is where The F Word came about. The F Word is our first annual 2-day summit focusing on this exact initiative. We will be bringing back Keynotes Brittany Piper and Jenn Cassetta, along with Penn State's own Stacy Jones and Jennifer Penc. Throughout these two days, our members will have the opportunity to participate in breakout sessions facilitated by these women while learning about and discussing important topics focusing on what it takes to be a fierce woman in this day and age. Topics will include self defense, being a badass, mental health, mindfulness, sexual assault and awareness, bystander intervention, body healing, body positivity, and more!
